Information you choose to share

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Starter Kit signup: your first name and email address when you request the free Keto After 40 Starter Kit.
• Member account: your email address, a password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never visible to us), and your name if you provide it.
• Member activity: items you save inside the member area, such as checklist progress, favorite recipes, meal plans and custom grocery list items.

Email list

Starter Kit signups are stored with MailerLite, our email service provider, and added to our Starter Kit email list so we can send the kit and related Ketoach emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

Payments

Ketoach Community memberships are billed through Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are handled by Stripe — Ketoach does not receive or store your full card number. We do store limited billing records from Stripe, such as a customer ID, subscription status and billing period dates, so we can provide member access. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Analytics, cookies and technical data

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and may collect technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location and pages visited. Signed-in members' sessions are also kept in your browser's storage so you stay logged in.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

How we use information

• To deliver the Starter Kit and send Ketoach emails you signed up for.
• To create and maintain your account and provide member features.
• To process memberships and manage member access.
• To understand and improve the site and its content.
• To respond to your questions and keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Ketoach relies on trusted service providers to operate — including MailerLite (email), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (site analytics) and a secure hosting and database provider (accounts and member data). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Manage or cancel your membership from your member dashboard.
• Contact us to ask about, update or delete your account information.

Children

Ketoach is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
